1 - 4 pm, Free, Reservations not required.

Cast your vote for the best chili recipe prepared by our very own team members! All 10 of our store’s teams will compete to win $500 to be donated to their favorite charity (representatives from all ten charities will be here). Your votes, along with the votes of our local celebrity judges will determine the fate of the winners (there will be two winners – one determined by customer votes and one chosen by our celebrity judges for another $500 winner). And, to sweeten the pot, anyone who submits a completed voting ticket will be entered to win a $100 Whole Foods Market gift card.

We are very excited to have the support of the following judges who will determine which chili has the best flavor, best texture and utilizes the most unique recipe. Join celebrity judges, Nancy Stiles, Managing Editor of Feast Magazine, Patti and Mark Whisnant, our local grass fed beef producers and owners of the Whisnant Family Farm (who have donated all of the beef for the chili recipes) and ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Harry Hamm, Development Specialist at West County EMS and Fire Department, and theater and film commentator for CBS Radio.

The West County EMS and Fire Department will have a fire truck here for the kiddos (in all of us) from 2 – 3:00 pm, provided they are not called away for an emergency. We’ll also have some kid’s activities presented by i9 Sports, live music by the band, One Take as well as Urban Chestnut Brewery and Madrinas Coffee samples. Everything is taking place outside on our parking lot, so we’re hoping Mother Nature will cooperate…but bring an umbrella just in case!
